Nova is a producer of tipper semi trailer U Type or well known also Half Pipe model. We produce tipper semi trailer that can be pulled with 4×2 or 6×4 prime mover with Hardox body from 4 to 10 mm thickness. Our tipper semi trailers are donated with BPW, SAF axles, air or mechanical suspension, EBS brakes.

Tipper Semi Trailer Technical Details;

STRUCTURE
Volume: 26 Cbm – Maximum Payload 40 tons
Tipper body is produced from Hardox or equivilant HB 450 Steel plate. Side doors will be 4 mm and floor will be 4 mm thickness. Adjustable springs on end cover are connected on the upper side, they can be opened and closed from bottom. There are plastic mallets to prevent wearing and noise on the points that contact with rack.

HYDRAULIC
Tipper movement is provided by  level 5 heavy telescopic cylinder brand certificated Turkish Brand C Type with Triangle brackets<

CHASSIS
Strengthened “I” section centre members are welded automatically by submerged welding machine. They are welded between 120/ 12 mm bottom or top steel plate and 5 mm hub plate or can be customize according to load
Short back lobe suitable for asphalt paver finisher<

AXLES
Turkish brand, BPW, SAF 2 or 3 axle with different capacities drum or disc axles. First axle liftable all have 813 air chambers or complete mechanical leaf springs<

BRAKE SYSTEM
Wabco, Knorr EBS braking system to be fitted on trailers
Slack adjuster to be automatic
Brake Chambers sizes to be 24 X 30 and 30 X 30 ,
Air tanks to be 80 + 80 lt capacity
Distribution of air to be by plastic hoses 8 – 12 size ,
All fittings to be steel ( Brass ) one to prevent any leakage in brake system , ( Plastic fitting will cause air leakage in the system )<

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
Sa-Ba or Sertplas Brand LED lights
2×7 pin sockets – 24V, lights according to SAE standards
Rear stop lamps, side marker lamps, brake safety warning lamps and signal light fitted
2 tail & stop combined lamps (red)

Jost type Turkish brand Front Jack feet are telescopic,parallel working,double speed jointed with wide shoes static 50 tons, dynamic 25 tons capacity

PAINTING
After the construction process , all trailers ( Chassis + Body ) sand blasted
Before the painting, all parts are cleaned carefully
Epoxy gray is used for first protecting primer coating as 50 micron
2 Times of high quality acyrilic paints applied on complete trailer
The color of trailer is selected by customer requested according to RAL codes
Painting thickness to be 100 micron , and all painting process to be submitted with certifications
