Lowbed trailer which is knows also low loader can carry heavy loads, dozers, construction machines, transformer, generator and different kind of machines. Our Lowbeds is produced between 2 to 10 axle and 20 Tons to 120 Tons with different kind of specification according to customer demand. We use Self steering axles, forced steering, hydraulic auto remote control axles, low chassis to 20 cm, hydraulic or pneumatic ramp, platform type chassis for our Lowbed Trailer.

Lowbed Trailer Technical Details


–  Lowbed Trailer rack is welded by submerged welding machine from 20 mm x 150 mm (ST 52.3 A Quality) bottom and top flat steel and 10 mm ST 52.3 hub plate. It has “I” section and also has 4 pieces
–  Rack is supported with 160 NPI axle beams that crosses rack

– Is manufactured in accordance with the European standards.It has a carrying capacity of 16 tons and donated Brake lining and bearing mark TIMKEN and FAG Axles have 10 wheelbrace.Axle is certificated by ISO 9001 and 100.000 km guaranty.

–  3 axles used with the capacity of 12-14-16 tons, are used
–  With Air suspension, Stowage spring, Bogie suspension
–  There are brake shoes and heavy brake levers suitable for TSE norms

Before the painting trailer is sand blasted

ZincRich epoxy gray is used for first protecting.

1-2 Times of high quality paints are applied on trailer protects against humadity
