Lowbed 6 Axle Technical Details


–  Lowbed 6 Axle rack is welded by submerged welding machine from 20 mm x 150 mm (ST 52.3 A Quality) bottom and top and 10 mm ST 52.3 hub plate. It has “I” section and also has 4 pieces

–  Rack is supported with 160 NPI axle beams that crosses rack

  • AXLE

–  Is manufactured in accordance with the European standards.It has a carrying capacity of 16 tons and donated Brake lining and bearing mark TIMKEN and FAG Axles have 10 wheelbrace.Axle is certificated by ISO 9001 and 100.000 km guaranty.

–  6 axles used with the capacity of 12-14-16 tons, are used

–  With Air suspension, Stowage spring, Bogie suspension

–  There are brake shoes and heavy brake levers suitable for TSE norms


–  Parabolic double deck Z springs, Stowage springs, bogie suspension

Before the painting trailer is sand blasted

ZincRich epoxy gray is used for first protecting.
